MÜLIBEX® will repair anything considered a manufacturing defect* for the life of the product. If we are unable to perform a functional repair on your chair (Seat, Frame or Bag), we will replace it. We proudly stand behind this guarantee with all of our products.

*Please note that scratches, scuffs, dents, and other blemishes that occur due to normal wear and tear of travels will not fall under the product warranty.

If a grizzly (or a mouse) rips/chews a hole in your seat because you left your ham sandwich in it, we'll gladly patch it up. We're reasonable folks, so if there is something that needs to be fixed, we'll take care of it. We also ask that you don't do dumb things with your gear but we understand that "accidents" happen. "Thanks dad..."

Repairing your product keeps waste out of the environment and allows us to ensure that anything beyond repair gets recycled properly or reused as part of our outreach initiative.

Repairs & Replacement

We use only exceptional materials and proudly stand behind all our products to guarantee they'll last a lifetime. If for some reason they don't, we'll make it right.

If you have a broken part on your MÜLIBEX® product please complete and submit a Warranty Claim form.  Damage caused by accident or misuse are not covered within the warranty guidelines. For quickest turnaround time, please be as descriptive as possible and fill out all fields completely.  We encourage you to upload an image of the item needing replaced to help us identify the exact function of the part requested. 

After our team has evaluated your return and found the product is eligible for repair or replacement, our Customer Service team will contact you to discuss our recommended repair or replacement options. If your product is not repairable and is replaced, the original will not be returned.  We will make every effort to repair your chair. In the event that we are unable to make a functional repair to your chair, we will replace it. For products that are no longer in production, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you to discuss replacement options.

You are responsible for the charges of shipping the damaged item to MÜLIBEX®. We recommend using a method of shipping that provides a tracking number. MÜLIBEX® cannot be responsible for packages not received by our Repair Team. MÜLIBEX® will cover the cost of all repairs to your item and pay the shipping charge for returning it to you. Need to expedite shipping?  If you ship your item to us via an expedited shipping method it will be returned to you via a similar expedited service. Repairs are addressed in the order they are received. Expedited shipping does not guarantee expedited repair.

Due to health concerns for our Repair Team, we are restricted by law from receiving items too dirty to repair.  Any items received showing signs of mold, mildew, or other possible toxic products, will be immediately discarded and not replaced.

FREE Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all web orders $150 or more to the lower 48 States. Select orders may not qualify for free shipping.

We offer free ground shipping on web orders $150 or more to the lower 48 and outside of the contiguous US for a shipping fee. Unfortunately, we are not able to process International Shipping orders online. Please contact our Customer Service team who will be glad to process an order for shipping overseas over the phone.

We process all our orders through USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping and FedEx carriers. 

Web orders typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Express orders placed by 11:00 am ET Monday - Friday will ship that day, otherwise the order will ship on the next business day. Once the order leaves our warehouse, USPS Priority Shipping is expected to be delivered to the lower 48 within 2 - 3 business days.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for its delivery. If the tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it, contact our Customer Service and we’ll help however we can. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Once your order ships we’ll email you a confirmation that includes tracking. If you established an account on our website you can also login at any time to check status.

Returns & exchanges

Please submit a Warranty Claim prior to returning product to MÜLIBEX®. The customer is responsible for shipping product to MÜLIBEX® for repair and replacement, see our guarantee and repair guidelines. Returns & exchanges due to normal cosmetic wear that does not affect the function, or for personal preferences cannot be issued. We recommend that you insure and include delivery confirmation on all packages sent to MÜLIBEX®. We are not responsible for lost packages.
