DIY materials and tools below. This is meant to be a re-usable N95 Equivalent Capable of surviving multiple sterilization cycles in an Autoclave (big oven).

MATERIALS NEEDED:

Filter "Fabric" called Sterilization Wrap (We Are Using an H500 density) - Provided to us from our local Hospital. Made by "Owens and Minor". Unfortunately these come in bulk quantities for the single user, but great for us because we are producing as many as we can to help flatten the curve. Still looking for smaller quantities and will update.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

We had planned on announcing the launch of our upcoming Kickstarter campaign to begin mid April. However in light of recent events pertaining to COVID-19, we feel that it would be incredibly out of touch with reality to continue with our planned launch date without acknowledging the virus’ effect on people’s everyday lives, family, our own supply chain’s employees, and the needs of others.

DONATE & HELP:
We are making all of these masks for free, simply helping our local community first responders and medical personnel. We are making them as fast as we can, and any donation amount will only help our momentum to fight this and help produce these masks. For those who can, we've setup an easy way for you to help by making a donation through PayPal below.

We’ll be watching the details closely daily, and hope to make a determination on our official kickstarter relaunch date for the freakishly strong and adaptable CAPRA chair system soon. In the meantime we are looking for opportunities to help the community with the use of our manufacturing equipment and resources as needed.

Our raw materials and products are made in the USA, so this is not about a breakdown in our supply chain. This is about our focus on putting people first. We’re all in this together.

Please visit our Kickstarter preview page, sign up, and share. We thank you for your continued support, and we couldn’t do it without backers like you.

Sincerely,
Steve Graybill
