We offer free domestic (USA) ground shipping on all web orders $99 or more to the lower 48 States. Select orders may not qualify for free shipping.

Because international exports are incredibly complex and the charges are so specific to each country shipped to, we decided to integrate a powerful global shipping tool into our Shopify checkout just for our international backers. It will greet you in your language and all input fields will appear as you are used to seeing in your home country.

This tool calculates the full landed rate to get the product to you, including shipping, duties (where applicable), and you will know exactly what to expect without any surprises. Using the Shopify integration can save up to 70% on the international shipping cost. You'll also be able to prepay any VAT ("value added tax") when you checkout so you can clear customs without any holdups. 

We process all our orders through USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping and FedEx carriers. 

Web pre-orders will begin shipping after our Kickstarter backer's orders have been fulfilled by late October. We expect to begin fulfilling web pre-orders early November.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for its delivery. If the tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it, contact our Customer Service and we’ll help however we can. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Once your order ships we’ll email you a confirmation that includes tracking. If you established an account on our website you can also login at any time to check status.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items in their original unopened packaging only. Some shipping fees may apply. We are not responsible for lost packages.

MÜLIBEX will repair anything considered a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship* for the life of the product. If we are unable to perform a functional repair on your chair (Seat, Frame or Bag), we will replace it. 

*Please note that scratches, punctures, burns, damage caused by animals, scuffs, dents, and other blemishes will not fall under the product warranty. These cannot be classified as material defects or workmanship.*

If a grizzly (dog or a mouse) rips/chews a hole in your seat because you left your ham sandwich in it, we'll gladly patch it up for a small fee. We're reasonable folks, so if there is something that needs to be fixed, we'll take care of it.

Repairing your product keeps waste out of the environment and allows us to ensure that anything beyond repair gets recycled properly or reused as part of our outreach initiative.

Repairs & Replacement

We use only exceptional materials and proudly stand behind all our products to guarantee they'll last a lifetime. If for some reason they don't, we'll make it right.

If you have a broken part on your MÜLIBEX® product please complete and submit a Warranty Claim form.  Damage caused by accident or misuse are not covered within the warranty guidelines. For quickest turnaround time, please be as descriptive as possible and fill out all fields completely.  We encourage you to upload an image of the item needing replaced to help us identify the exact function of the part requested. 

After our team has evaluated your return and found the product is eligible for repair or replacement, our Customer Service team will contact you to discuss our recommended repair or replacement options. If your product is not repairable and is replaced, the original will not be returned.  We will make every effort to repair your chair. In the event that we are unable to make a functional repair to your chair, we will replace it. For products that are no longer in production, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you to discuss replacement options.

Warranty Repairs: MÜLIBEX® will cover the cost of all repairs to your item and pay the shipping charge for returning it to you. 

Non Warranty Repair: Examples are burns, cuts, animal damage, etc.

While we will issue you a return label at a reduced price, you are responsible for the charges of shipping your product to MÜLIBEX®. 

We cannot be responsible for packages not received by our Repair Team.

Need to expedite shipping?  If you ship your items to us via an expedited shipping method it will be returned to you via a similar expedited service.

Repairs are addressed in the order they are received. Expedited shipping does not guarantee expedited repair.

Due to health concerns for our Repair Team, we are restricted by law from receiving items too dirty to repair.  Any items received showing signs of mold, mildew, or other possible toxic products, will be immediately discarded and not replaced.
